" I feel the need to write and thank Chuck for the wonderful job he did at my daughter's wedding at Green Pond Country Club. My daughter was married in the Virgin Islands on Memorial Day weekend. June 3rd was the reception to celebrate with friends and family. As all mother's wish, I wanted this to be a perfect evening for my daughter, Amy, and new son in law, Mike. It was with heavy heart and many tears, that we had to inform our guests that Mike, a US Marine, had missed his flight and would most likely miss the reception. My daughter was devastated. However, Chuck talked to her and convinced her that this was her party too, and she would be a proud Marine wife and the evening would go on. And the party did go on--a wonderful time by all. It was extra special when the groom arrived---over 5 hours late---to a standing ovation and many happy tears. I truly feel that Chuck made the evening so special--it could have easily turned into a disaster with no fun. He did not let this happen and I thank him so much!!
